Sweet sweet military proposal graphics.
Hello there!
I’ve managed to get a whole lot of work done over the past couple months and I’ve gotten the opportunity to work on some fantastic projects. Most notably a game primarily focusing on insects. I’ve learned more than I ever thought I would about the anatomy of these interesting creatures!
Here’s some stills I’ve got more to come I’ll be updating this post shortly! Also hopefully I’ll get em up on sketchfab too!
I’ve been working on a bust of Yuri from Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 since it is one of my favorite games and I still play it quite a bit.
My initial goal was to create a cinematic level model to test my skills with realistic skin, etc. However I wanted to be able to display it at sketchfab and have it be able to be interacted with.
The toughest part of this model so far has been the facial hair with polygons. I’ve noticed that short, beard hair operates in a significantly different way than longer head hair. Even in polys it seems to be more difficult than hair that resides on the top of the head. I am most likely going to do the facial hair aspect over.
Steps I’ve got left to do is model some clothes to put over his shoulders.
This post will be updated over time as I complete this model.
More images and tests after the break.
The first painting I did with my Samsung Series 7 Slate. It’s got a wacom digitizer in it, I love this little tablet. Anyways I was feeling inspired after staring at a million and a half illustrations by Frank Frazetta. I wanted to try to remake one, this is how it came out.
Maybe I’ll turn her into a 3D mesh later on. That would probably be pretty cool.
This is some fan art for this game that nearly tore my friend group apart. Neptune’s Pride. Get your friends together and get ready for some backstabbing!
There is a great write up of a Neptune’s Pride game that destroyed the Rock Paper Shotgun Staff
This is supposed to be my ideal Augmented Reality device. Which would either be a contact lens or an implant. Since a implant is harder to visualize than a contact lens I went with the latter. Again this is out at sketchfab so it is interactive!

Just a heads up, whenever I post something with the interact image it means there is a mesh over at sketchfab for you guys to play around with.
